We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process. Occasional delays can occur, we cannot guarantee the date of arrival, but we’re always here to help if you have questions.
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene or custom-made reasons):
• DIY / handmade / personalised items
• Intimate clothing (lingerie, underwear) and costumes
How to return:

• Items must be returned at your cost.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
